Les Misérables: The first act with Anne Hathaway was by far the best part of the film, in fact so much so that the rest is a bit overshadowed. Still good however, but also unnecessarily long in my opinion (I haven't seen the broadway though, so I shouldn't talk).

Also, 98% of this film is singing. People weren't exaggerating when they told me about that.
Stage show is huge. Versions can easily last over three hours.

I'm talking about it from the standpoint of a movie though. I do know some people who thought it should have been longer so like I said, just an opinion from someone who had no exposure to any of the plot beforehand apart from a quick viewing of the trailer.

I haven't seen it yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if it felt long for a film. I was just mentioning that that sort of length was typical in the stage version.

Titanic - I have seen it so many times, but I still can't get over how amazing it is! :')

favourite quote: "You're crazy!" "That's what everbody says, but with all due respect miss, I'm not the one hanging off the back of a ship here."

The Perks of Being a Wallflower - most perfect movie! So close to the book too!

favourite quote: "Why do I, and everyone I love, pick people who treat us like we're nothing?" "We accept the love we think we deserve."

Oldboy - very dark, kind of disturbing, amazing. expressed human emotion in its rawest form.

Pitch Perfect - some very cliche moments. a lot better than expected, light-hearted. Good music. Rebel Wilson was hilarious.

I watched Skyfall, reading all these stories about 1 billion gross and "best bond yet" etc etc, TBH it was honestly boring and didn't have the same feel as casino royal and quantum of solace

Watched a few movies over the past few days.

But the last movie I watched was called 'Enough', it's about domestic violence and... yeah.

Interesting movie. Not sure why it was the DVD selected to be viewed at a family and friends gathering but heh, interesting nonetheless.

American History X

Such a powerful and provocative film. I almost had to look away in several scenes. But I couldn't look away because of Edward Norton's astonishing performance.
If you want to see an emotional film which also has something to say about society today, make sure you see this!

9/10 :):)

Life of Pi-Contained a lot of symbolism and metaphors which I would need to watch a few times to pick up. Definitely one of the most visually stunning films I've ever seen; I think it's worth watching just for the beautiful visuals. It was quite philosophical and I felt satisfied at the end but was kind of hoping for more. Still a great flick though :).

In Brudges-More people need to watch this film because I'm still buzzing from how much I enjoyed it. Walk into it knowing as little as you possibly can and try not to have any expectations (I know it's a bit difficult to do that with me rambling on about it). It's witty, suspenseful, very British and also recommended by Anna Kendrick.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

I'd say one of the better movies I've watched in my life.

gangster squad- not bad. Ryan Gosling's acting wasn't that good. Story line was pretty typical/predictable. average film.

Also saw Jeremy runner and Gemma arterton (she looked flawless) on red carpet LOL

Jackass 3D.

My friends say I'm a homophobe, but man, the things I'd do to Johnny Knoxville is incredulous.
