Technically true, but having an enrolment of 48 credit points in 2 degrees will completely stuff the timetable system, and you are likely to get a timetable from hell. Hence strongly recommend that the degree and units are dropped by about 10 Feb well before timetable go live.I don't think it really matters. Just remember to disenrol from the main round offer before census date and to enrol for your late round offer next week.
Can I suggest that if you ask the official faculty office, and the person who answers is an official university employee whose job it is to advise students on the correct procedures, that it probably is "right".The faculty told me I have to fill out a "Discontinuation of candidature" form, and this doesn't seem right I am only moving to a different faculty.
