Hey, I finished the HSC this year and received my ATAR in the mail. I wasn't interested in applying for university throughout year 12 so I didn't receive a UAC number or pin. Today I went to the UAC site and wasn't able to apply as a current year 12 student because I don't have the UAC number or pin. Is it possible for me to apply through UAC and receive an offer in the later rounds? What should I do?

Apply here http://www7.uac.edu.au/applyfilter/registrationFilter/year12Filter for UAC number and PIN will come via mail. It is possible to receive an offer in later rounds but there are limited courses still available. Last date to apply I believe is the 31st of January.

You can still apply for consideration in the Late and Final Rounds, however remember it's harder to get in (less vacancies - make sure the course you're applying for has vacancies). Also keep in mind there are pretty killer late + processing fees at this point.
