Personally I reckon the best Law and Order is Criminal Intent

I love watching CI and SVU - the original one puts me to sleep.

I love CI because of the variety of cases but SVU characters are better >.>

But overall SVU is better for me

Hmm...I watch it whenever its on (I've got Austar its on like three times a day, lol) which is probably like 2-3 times a week. I live SVU the best but CI and just plain Law & Order is pretty good as well.
