Hi I was wondering if anyone had a better way to study this then just making note. I get really bored by this unit (not human rights) and it doesn't help knowing that I can get at least 10/15 without having studied it. Anyway I just get so bored of the little facts it all seems so basic. Plus most of it I learnt in the preliminary course.

Anyway my teacher told me to at least make up a glossary of terms for this chapter so I at least have something to study off in case I actually do forget the stuff. I think I will do that but if anyone else has a better idea can you post it here.

It is basic.
You can do it in about 2-4hrs.
Write out the notes, it's boring but it's not a lot at all. Crime and the other two studies are appalling.

my teacher told us not to worry about that bit.......it was all prelim stuff anyway and is only assessed via MC, so not a great deal of marks.........so if u were paying attention in prelim u would do fine, and remember its MC so even if u forgot the answer, u could always use A to D to jog ur memory!

Ah actually there is a short answer part too (10 marks) and there are a few things extra untop of the prelim course. I think I will write out the notes, but just do really simple notes (not heaps detailed) and go through the sylabus and make sure I know it all. Then I'll just do heaps of multiple choice stuff from our past papers folder at school, to make sure I can't get caught on it.

I did so MC the other day and I was wondering how much they can actually ask us on bill of rights. I know they do it to trick us but this question didn't seem like a trick one.

The question was a bill of rights that is put into the constitution is what?

I can't remember all the choices but I kindda thought that was a bit stupid and how were we supposed to know, I mean we don't even have one. So yeah thats why I want to know how much they can ask you about that.

sick maybe. but is would shit her something severe.

Just imagine your wife breaking up with you, then breaking up your parents marriage, then marrying your dad and then having a child together to top it off.
