It's a simple fact not too many people check the legal forums.

Isn't World Order an optional topic, so you're not in the right subforum, anyway?

bro you can try as hard as you want, but world order does not have law reform, it doesnt even have law to begin with. the best you can talk about is ratifying treaties and declarations into statute/common law in australia.

Um... yea thats pretty much most of it, the rest would be basically about changing society ethics/morals maybe but law reform in world order is nearly non existant

yeahh and for examples if do
courts - ICJ / ICC - restoring W/O by prosecuting breaches... but ineffective because htey only deal with it once breach has occured cannot forsee it and stop it occurin.
id also chuck in a bit of UN actually as refom and then talk about SUEZ crisis and how it was more effective coz of uniting for peace declration
and ofcourse dont forget to mention stuf for WITHIN THE NATION STATE! aka parliaments... how they consider repots from LRC's and suggest them to intl community... etc. THEN imp in lawreform to implement new INTL legislation into domestic... etc

soory about spelling... in a rush..
