Leaving Assignment to Last Day (1 Viewer)

I'm sure alot of you's have in some point of your schooling years left an assignment to the last day, but on that last day we do it and im not sure about some of use but sometimes i manage to get a perfect mark for doing it on the night before its due.

This happens alot and lately for me its not good i leave assignments sometimes to the last day and do it the night before am up till like 2am doing it and when i finally get my mark back its 90% or more. We get for some tasks 10 Weeks to do it (like the science Investigation everyone in NSW im sure had to do that) i have no clue why but i left it to the last day and out of 30% i got 28.5

it amazes me that teachers give u all this time to do it and yet if we leave something to the last minute we can manage to get a Band 6 mark how does that work why do we get all this time to do it?
why do we leave it to the last minute and end up with a 90% mark

jus a lil confused hear anyone got some thoughts, or has this ever happened to you where u were suprised at your assignment mark.

hey..when did u get the placement for your vet course ?

yeh i purposely leave some assignments to do on the last day before its due. its cos of two reasons: first, if i try to do it before the due date i just procrastinate n second, if i do it the night before theres that added pressure to do it quickly which seems to produce my best results.

so i reckon if ur getting 90s plus for ur assigments and leaving it late means that u consistently perform well under pressure......either that or ur just lazy

Its not like theyre designed to do that. Our emotions pours into our work enabling us to work quickly or something. Like when you no you have no other option but to do it ur brain functions amazingly! At least thats the way its been for me

i got my placement last week i went to see my Careers Advisor and got signed up i start next year its Certificate II in Retail Pharmacy when i finish that is its all confirmed with tafe

most probs Campbelltown (closer to home) if i dont like it their, Hornsby as i really like that area and find the institute to be very good how about you?

no, they actually weren't designed for that

uh, is there a reason your doing standard english and 2 unit maths?
maths to me is a whole lot harder than english
