just curious about two things
is it fine to take the tutorial on monday if our lecture falls on a tuesday?
and is it okay if we are say 5 minutes late for our lecture? cos i have two lectures on tuesday and they are not on on any other day. one starts at 1pm and finishes at 3pm in block a and straight at 3pm starts another lecture in block e.. i dont wanna feel awkward if im late and people stare at me as if i have killed like a bazillion people :S

Tutorials cover the material from the previous week. So it is fine to go to one scheduled on a monday.

Classes don't usually start exactly on the hour. 5 minutes is fine.

And even if you are late, no one cares as long as you're not making a massive noise.

Usually, that would mean your tutorial is one of the last groups to cover the content in the lectures (if that's what your tutorials are for).

I would expect most lecturers start 5 minutes into the hour because it's expected that students may need to walk large distances to get to their next class. Also depends where the entry to the room is. If there is only 1 and it's at the front, pretty much everyone will just stare at you as you enter.

It's better to schedule your tutorials later in the week imo if you have friends doing the same courses in earlier tutes. You can get 'help' on quizzes and such. Just a helpful suggestion.
