No it isn't possible.

Unless it has reference to it in the HSC syllabus you don't

they're not allowed to directly use the prelim course, but they can draw from it
eg. in SOR prelim you learn about the nature of religion and in an exam they could ask how stuff you learn in year 12 effects or exemplifies the nature of religion that you learnt in year 11

Well it wouldn't pop up in anything else besides multiple choice.. possibly asking about private/public law or natural law etc.. though I think it is unlikely, take a look at the specimen paper multiple choice, its very easy
