no it doesnt. why is there such thing as 'fate' if it isnt fate? fate is something that happens because it was meant to. if something circle around on a man liek you say, then it was meant to be. i believe some opportunity will present itself to me in some way or another. I will be shown what i am meant to be doing after school soon enough.

someone told me it has a 98% unemployment rate.. it could be bulls*** but i dunno..
If you search on Seek for a Media/Entertainment job, there's plenty of jobs for Graphic Designers. The unemployment rate sounds about right.

It'll be easier to get a job if you send in your works to companies you want to work for, and/or participate in Tropfest to get some credit and experience and/or volunteer to work at media-organisations every chance you get.

A friend of mine did a "Media Cultural Studies"ish course in Uni and has graduated and can't find a job, because her portfolio is empty. I guess being creative and having lots of patience is pretty important for a job in the media.

Nah i went to the catholic school until year nine. They tried to make me religious or drives me to satanism or something. HSC this year, a little stresses. Been stewing all holidays. I know the name collie but i couldn't place it or say i've been. Where you go to school?
i went to primary school at St josephs in gil (catholic as well) if u went to the catholic primary school u would have competed against us and baradine in the ring trophy, remember all the marching and stuff like tunnelball and that anyways im currently at boarding school in sydney my little bros starting h/s this year and hes going to gil high though, im doing the hsc this year too
theres not much to go to at collie unless ur going to the pub or to the cwa hall or the church (which is smaller than the pub lol) its basically situated on the hwy between gil and warren and when ur driving past if u blink u miss it.

yeah id be a graphic designer - if i could draw.. i cant even draw stick figures!! its so sad..

Theres not really many places i can go around here for any kind of experience.. maybe tamworth cause they have a prime thing there but i dunno... i guess ill just wait and see..

and i dont have much patience either :D so i prolly wouldnt make it in the media anyways...

are you looking for a job in the media or anything like that? i think you might have said in a thread earlier but i cant remember..

It's the most accurate personality typing system around. You got ESFJ..... cute. Anyway, from your results I can take a little glimpse at your personality type, which suggests your strengths and weaknesses, etc. You're best off doing something you're suited to, and it's wise to make your mind up early.

Check these out, see if you could picture yourself doing any of 'em:

i just wanted to know, is anyone else in the same boat as me?

Im doing the hsc this year and i'm absolutely fucked as to what to do after school! i dont even know what im interested in! i have no aspirations... just want a job that pays good. i can get fairly good marks i think, but i dont know if i want to go uni or whatever! its abit scary, i always get asked "so what do you want to do when you finish?" and all i can reply with is "umm i dunno?!"
Don't worry i changed my mind several times during yr 11 and 12 as to what i wanted to do....but i was set by the trials as to what i wanted to do....and i got it! Yay! :)

It's a personality typing system. There are 16 types total. Here's how it works; there are 4 letters in one personality type, and each letter by itself can be one of two possible letters. Here's what I mean:

(E) Extraverted............... (I) Introverted

(S) Sensing.....................(N) Intuition

(T) Thinking.....................(F) Feeling

(P) Perceiving................. (J) Judging

On the first line you have E and I, these are called "attitudes".
People with an Extraverted attitude get along with other people easily, and like being in the company of others. Introverted people are more shy and reserved, and rather like to spend time alone.

The letters S, N, T and F represent brain "functions". The opposing letters on each line are said to be polar opposites. Each person has one letter on each line, but never it's opposite in their 4 letter type code. Sensing (S) means details, facts, what is real, right in your face. Intuition (N) means theory, abstract, the big picture, that kinda thing.

Thinking (T) determines how something works, what it does and why. Feeling (F) determines what somethings value is, it's importance to you, how you feel about something, etc.

Percieving (P) and Judging (J) determine which of the two middle letters in your type (for you shellybelly, S and F) you use more effectivley. It's complicated, but people who test J are more organised and like to do things, follow a course of action etc, and people who test P are more free-flowing and open ended.

You're a ESFJ...

So for you, you are Extraverted (you like to be around people), A Sensor (you like people and things to be uncomplicated and factual), A feeler (you care more about somethings value than how it works), and Judging (you like to know what you need to do, you get work done on time, etc.)

I hope someone read that and actually gets it.

EDIT: You want to know why ESFJ is cute? I know a couple of people who test as ESFJ, they act alike, and this personality typing system is very accurate. You do the math.
