Killing another 'mob-like family' is a long drawn out process. Bare in mind these Lebanese (who for the most part are now productive members of society) tend to have above average birth rates and so for each coordinated attack (which are fairly infrequent due to the nature of such attacks and the effort which is put into it) another dozen or so are of the maturity to replace whoever was taken out.
