Hi please help
find the equation of the focal chord PF on the parabola x^2=8y where P = (-8,8) and F is the focus

-> find the gradient of PF
-> use the equation of a line y -y0= blah

Get focus by comparing x^2=4ay with that equation you have. Solve for a. Then you have focus from (a,0). Using the point you have, find the gradient. Sub into point-gradient formula using either of the points.

Dude seriously, ask your TEACHER, these type of questions are TEXTBOOK questions.
