Hi everyone!

I am thinking of doing Commerce at UNSW combined with Information Systems. I think I want to do a major in Finance. Does this seem like a logical decision in terms of it helping towards a career?

Also I have this aim of working at the Reserve Bank of Australia. The finance major will be sufficient right? (perhaps as an economic analyser or working in the financial department)

Wouldn't you want to be studying economics at some point then?

ps. I think the financial department there may be another word for accounting ops... you may want to clarify what exactly you want to do in terms of finance (there seems to be a lot of misconception between what people consider to be 'finance', what companies consider to be 'finance', and what you'll learn in uni when studying 'finance)!
