Hard to find anything half decent with <$2k.
I personally would save up more to buy something that won't die on me soon.

Or ebay.. my bf's mate bought an old Magna for like $100. They thrashed it around and finished playing with it in one day.

For 2k you won't get anything fancy but you can find a reliable point A to point B car.

I love my $2000 car. It's blue, manual, 20 years old and it's awesome in traffic.
