I would like to gain 5kg but I don't really go to the gym so it won't happen unless I put on fat so not really.

I went from 66 to current 76kg in past 6 weeks srs. Throwing out all my clothes. All my lifts went up 20-40%. Omie jay is doing it wrong. Going to put on another ten kg and add 10% to lifts by march easy.

Yeah I'm the same, trying to overdo it while uni is off to compensate for the amount I'll lose while uni is on.

1x5 Deadlift

Friday

thats pretty awesome.
u sure it's a good idea to squat 3 times a week? and deadlift with that too? that could get detrimental in the long run since you need a good resting period.

stronglifts have this 5x5 workout plan thingy that i'll probably start doing. soon hopefully.

and lol @ ur food intake, i wish my body was able to eat that much :( i struggle with 3 eggs and toast in the mornings lol

How do you just eat 250gms of peanut butter?

And isn't your life like hell having to eat that much? :(

Well if you take up stronglifts, you'll be squatting just as often, and deadlifting twice as often as I am. I'm resting 4 days a week, which is a lot more than people who follow a split routine.

riptoads ftw

also dude, solid diet, but are you really keeping it that strict? i mean, 10 eggs every morning would make me throw up i think
also fish would be a better protien to eat, because of the good fatty acids you get from it and its lean
and you wouldnt have to eat the peanut butter

but if you seriously are following that, and not trolling, and actually eating peanut butter sandwhiches all day with eggs and kangaroo with the occasional bit of green on the side
and you are making those gains

I am exaggerating on the peanut butter. That was from my initial diet plan, but I rarely cbf to get all that down. I can't stomach natural peanut butter, so it's not the healthiest stuff either. Usually it would be more like 150g of peanut butter. Everything else is legit, never fail on eggs, milk + roo.

Fish would be better, chicken too I think, but the expense? Roo is $7/kilo.

And isn't your life like hell having to eat that much? :(
I feel like shit if I eat anything less now. Your body adapts to higher consumption after a few days.
