Did anyone else apply for actuarial co-op at macquarie? If so it's already the 5th and they said first week of november so 2 more days! Also if you check your submission it says Assessed so it should be here any time ;)

Not yet, they just opened co-op for one subject for 2018
In my opinion, Macquarie is starting to realise that an increasing proportion of students are preferring UNSW Actuarial over Macquarie Actuarial. This is due to a variety of factors - e.g. a wider range of double degree Actuarial options at UNSW, UNSW's actuarial co-op program, and also the fact a lot of people have friends doing other courses at UNSW.

Introducing Actuarial Co-Op is probably Macquarie's first step in trying to hold back the tide of future actuarial students increasingly looking towards UNSW rather than Macquarie.

Would that be a competitive course or do you just pick it?
It's like unsw co-op but less questions. You just submit 3 answers (300 words each) and a resume and hope for an interview offer.

Wow that's pretty minimal. Have the sponsors been announced?
