I have accepted my main round offer and now I got an offer in the January round 3. I would like to keep my main round offer, so should I just ignore the January round 3 offer? Could this affect my main round offer?

Yeah, ignore it. If you didn't go further than receiving the offer from UAC, it wont affect your main round offer.
