You need to consolidate information from all of your sources.
I've found the best way to do this is handwriting your notes (typing may look prettier but isn't as effective), then memorising them (if they're not too extensive).

But notes are nowhere near as useful as past papers and practice Q's

from experience, make your own as well.
i found that alot more beneficial but everyone is different i guess.

yeah personally i used other people's notes and applied to questions/exam papers
