That's okay. I am sure the first exam is only worth 10% or thereabout. I didn't get any result as of today. I will probably get my 4 unit result tomorrow though...hopefully

4th is still a decent rank bored of sc :). If you're not happy, just forget about it. Focus on your next exam and keep persistent. Remember, anything can happen throughout the HSC (e.g. if you ace your externals, you can take someone else's internal assessment rank in your school).

I'll hopefully post up my English rank soon when I get my reading/writing task back.

Nope.

Internal assessment rank remains the same.

He just gets higher HSC mark (as in external mark).

Grats and grats

Although I don't see what's so bad about fourth, that's heaps good. And lots of time for catching up~

janetO: you can use that as motivation to study, since you're doing so well

Don't get too down bored of sc, there is still a long way to go and a ranking of 4th is fine. Just keep focused and motivated and I'm sure you will do very well.

I got my 3 unit test back the other day and go 100% :D then I got 88% for my 2 unit one haha.

It isn't so distant. I topped all of my science subjects, and I was not first initially either.

Yeah that was like my prelims ranks last year... they jumped like hell from 1/2 yearly to yearly ^^

Hopefully they'll stay nice, stable and of course high for the HSC though.
