Or is it just the name master of business administration.

You don't need to do a Bachelor of Business Administration. I'm pretty sure an MBA is open to all degree holders (not home at the moment so can't double check this for you)

yes, any degree holders can earn MBA course..presently business fields have wide scope, so you can take a better MBA programs. Try to make a well research about human resource outsourcing field...this is also one of the best career fields...

"business administration" often misleads people into thinking that the degree is only relevant for business students. An MBA is actually more focused on general management/administration/governance of an organisation.
