for your information, i did business studies today, and i did masturbate in the morning. I was very happy with my performance. i think i killed the multiple choice, short answer, report and essay. i should get a band 6, easily. I don't know if it was because i was sexually relieved or not, but i didn't feel at all nervous. i was focused throughout the entire three hours, and didn't get tired.

So, i am of the opinion that masturbating in the morning has no negative effects on your performance, and it may or may not improve your focus, and may or may not calm you down.
