my only redeeming quality in this exam is that i remembered to divide the sphere by 2:cool:

the probability of all P(X=x) equals to 1, it was a geometric series, sub, simplifying it gives you which equals to part of answer which I forgot. the expected value can be found by multiplying X by P(X=x), and every column equates to from memory, for a total of n scores, the expected value would be

then you sub the value from the sum for which proves it
Omg I put that formula down and subbed in the values but didn’t make it equal one you reckon I could get one marks…?
