I've already done MATH1111 Intro to Calculus and MATH1014 Intro to Linear Algebra so I need to do one more unit to fulfil the required 12cp Mathematics for BSc. I only did general maths for HSC so out of MATH1015 Biostatistics and MATH1013 Mathematical Modelling which would be easier?

Math1015 is definitely easier. Anyone would be able to do it especially given that you only did general maths. I assume you have never done integral calculus before? If so then math1013 would not be for you as calculus especially integral is a major component of the unit
