See, the thing is logs weren't explained properly by my teacher! And she didn't even go through the index laws at all, or more importantly, show me how those laws can be applied to such questions. :S

When you click 'Reply' or "reply with quote", you get this box that you type your message in, right? In that box, if you look across the top, you'll see things like "Font" and "size" and you will see that further across towards the left is an icon of a picture, and if you hover over the icon, it will say "Insert Image". Click that

ah well it is definitely worth your time learning these basic logarithm and index laws. Most 2U textbooks will have it, and quite possibly year 10 textbooks.
