Maths involved for comp sci (1 Viewer)

hey just wondering if maths (1131) 1a and maths (1231) 1b from first year math are used later in future for future comp sci subjects

Very little to none. Subjects I know of that have some involved math content: algos, graphics, neural networks and machine learning.

Though are they as deep as the ones u learn in those two subjects?
im about to apply for advance standing even though its a bit late =/

Nope, nowhere near as deep. Most of the math you do in the other subjects are pretty specific and you can revise pretty quickly (like graphics is only about matrix algebra, and pretty straightforward ones at that)

Whilst the actual math is hardly 'used' in many of the following subjects they do require that you are capable of concepts like the ones mathematics present. I find it easier to grasp concepts that interest me however, thus might be the case for you too.
