Ummm... I don't think so.
2u maths is the one above general.

But hey, I'm not sure about that.

general maths
2u maths
3u maths
4u maths

they are different courses. the pre-requisite "2u maths" doesnt include general maths, it is 2u maths or above, unfortunately.

dont let that hold you back from making a selection for uni courses though. you can do bridging courses before you start the actual course. the hsc course is crammed in a couple of weeks. fun way to spend the summer:p

Anything "above" Mathematics will meet the requirements for your course :)

It could also be "2 units of maths required" which would mean that general maths is the bare minimum.

Plz be specific.

its basically doing the hsc course of 2u maths(3u maths, physics and chemistry are also offered) at uni for 2 weeks so you will be prepared for the actual course you applied for.

this may vary from uni to uni, its best to ask this question in the general uni section, someone who has done them may be able to answer it for you.:)

i would think so....BUT, i would advise you find out from the actual uni itself, whether they offer the bridging course, just to be on the safe side:)
