Sounds like a dumb question, but does anyone know what the maximum selection rank with bonus points would be? 99.95 - or higher?

e.g. if you get an ATAR of 99 with 3 bonus points, does your selection rank go up to 99.95? Or would you be considered higher than that?

A better way to think about bonus points is they don't raise your selection rank per se but lower the selection rank of the course you're applying for (as not all courses take bonus points esp. ones with a 99.95 entrance requirement)

What course out of interest?

B Vision Sci and M Clinical Optom. Cut-off is 98, but that's rough considering they removed the UMAT requirements - so it seems it depends on the quality of this year's candidature. No bonus points afforded through HSC Plus either, but AAA scholarship does apply, apparently. As it is my ATAR is well above the cutoff, but was wondering if the AAA scholarship would ensure I'm competitive enough for a spot out of 120 places.

I suppose nothing's certain then if it only lowers the cutoff as you said.
