Hi ALL,

I need some guidance for choosing my uni for MBA program. Can anyone give me a comparison of UWS vs UTS.
What I felt by comparing the course outline of both universities is:
Univerity of Western Sydney(UWS) focusses on Practical and Workoad is moderate.
UTS focusses on Exam and workload is high as there is no Final project in their course.

Am I right. Can someone please give me a suggestion?

Thanks.

UTS. Uws MBA is pointless simply because of reputation. For MBA, reputation of program is a big factor. Also considee macquarie if you can.

Hi Arsalan_26,

The Master of Business Administration is a degree comprised of business foundation and core units which provide students with key skills such as business communication and analysis, as well as a general knowledge of the basics of business e.g., Accounting, Economics, and Statistics. Upon completion of the foundation and core, students then complete 60 credit points in one of the following specialisations: Finance and Investment, Hospitality and Tourism, Human Resource Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Marketing, Sustainable Business, Property, Information and Communications Technology, Digital Knowledge and Innovation, and Business Analytics. In addition to this you will then complete a Capstone unit in the form of either a Business Project or Internship where the focus is to engage with contemporary business environments.

As you said, our program is largely focused on practical work giving students the opportunity to gain industry partnerships prior to the completion of the degree.

For more information on our Master of Business Administration feel free to contact our Sydney Graduate School of Management Course Information Team at sgsm@westernsydney.edu.au.

Cheers, Western.
