off the top of my head, in no particular order:

UNSW - 6 years
Bond - 4.5 years
UNE - 5 years
UWA - 6 years
Utas - 5 years
Uadel - 6 years
JCU - 6 years
UWS - 5 years

Provisional schemes:

ANU, Flinders, UQ, Usyd, Griffith

Ergh, you wanted someone to complete the list! You've already listed undergrad Monash as a 5 year course, and your correct.

UQ provisional can be up to 7 years depending on what you choose for your undergrad course. and also, a lot of the unis offer an additional year for an independant research project for which you get a BMedSci degree on top of the MBBS (or BMed for UNCLE).

UQ provisional can be up to 7 years depending on what you choose for your undergrad course. and also, a lot of the unis offer an additional year for an independant research project for which you get a BMedSci degree on top of the MBBS (or BMed for UNCLE).
Alot of them have simillar schemes Uadel, Monash, Utas, UWS, etc. You can even do MBBS/LLB (~ 8 years) at Monash!
