Which one is a more accurate picture of what you need to score? Also what does it mean if there is a noticeable difference between the two

atar, selection rank can be influenced by adjustment factors

yeah selection rank has adjustment factors like if ur regional or if u get at least band 4 for some of ur subjects. tho depends on the degree like if you're doing physio or med (etc) to get in you would prob need closer to your actual Atar then ucat ofc. so basically selection rank is more important depending how much adjustment factors u get, but atar is a base too

Do you know why the median atar for unsw law is kinda low. UAC says 97.5 but I thought law was like a 99 atar degree
