me again hi with the EAS application what does uac mean by medical reports and certificates exactly? i dont know what they are asking for
edit: this is with the psychological illness category

use whatever diagnostic tests u have from ur gp + reports that showed u got prescribed/undertook a treatment plan
also referrals are useful, honestly upload whatever u can
