To be clear, the gate that has been plastered all over the media in an attempt to highlight how "defenceless" the barracks really is, was not the front gate at all. The front gate is actually about 1km down the track from the gate in question, down a winding road with armed army personnel (not security guards) at regular checkpoints. All these "terrorists" (and I use the term loosely, because this was just pathetic) could have done, is killed the security guard, and maybe blown up the cadet base that's not far down the track!
Much ado about nothing. We are not, and most likely never will be, the target of a serious terrorist attack, because, quite honestly, we are not a serious target. These harsh truths you keep speaking of? That's the only legitimate one, to a serious terrorist- AUSTRALIA DOES'NT MEAN SHIT!
