Is anyone else doing Michael Ondaatje - In The Skin Of A Lion?

If so, where does it come into belonging?
I hardly understand half of it because he writes cinematically (like a movie, always juming from scene to scene, back and forth through time).

Can anyone tell me what they thought it was about and how it fits into belonging and such. Would help a great deal

Hey, I'm doing it too.. Read the 'Advanced English' Excel book chapter on it, it'll help you understand it better if you're confused...As for belonging, well, I assumed we all did that last term as its the AOS. Are you sure you're doing 'belonging'? Or am I completely wrong :S

Lol no your not wrong, i was talking to a friend, and i was confused, i thought we where still doing the theme of belonging. So i was wrong, my bad .

Yeah, my sister did it for her HSC too so I read it a few years ago when she studied it. Now I just finished reading it for the 3rd time, seriously, everytime you read it, it gets easier to comprehend...but I've always liked it, it's very beautiful...my friends hate it.
