can someone show me how to do a question like this?

Find the minimum concentration of 0.01 mol/L of HNO3

if it is diluted is there some 'minimum concentration' because that is exactly like a question i got the other day in my exam.

lol, yeah, that makes no sense, how can there be a "minimum" concentration, when the concentration is 0.01mol/L ?
