Hi in my earth class i'm coming first with a raw mark of 90, with other people in the class there are much much lower marks. My question is, since ill be submitted as first, when marks are moderated, will I keep my mark of 90 and stay in band 6?

It will depend on your exam mark.

If you get an exam mark equivalent to 90 then your internal mark will be 90 and you will get Band 6.

If you get an exam mark of 80 then your internal mark will drop to 80 and so you will get a Band 5.

If you don't come first the situation will change again.

If somebody else gets first in the exam, you will take their internal mark to a certain extent.

If 95 is the highest mark, yes.
