Monty Python

I know you've seen the movies, I know you've laughed.

I loved 'Life of Brian', I have never laughed so hard during a movie and in Holy Grail, I pissed myself laughing at the Frenchmen who flings animals.

So let's get off this Australian Idol bullshit and talk real entertainment.

I've only seen bits and pieces of the movies, but I did use to watch the TV series on the Comedy channel at 12:30 at night until they stopped showing it a little while ago. I don't know if it's on at any other times at the moment, but I love it.

I forget which one its from, I suspect its from one of the Flying Circus episodes but its been so long since Ive watched any Monty Python, but my favourite was always the "Logic VS Love" skit. Maybe that was "Logic VS Sex".

i think someone already mentioned it, but ..
'and this here is the most expensive piece of equipment in the entire hospital, the machine that goes 'ping!''
'what does it do?'
'what do you mean what does it do? it goes ping!'

.. i probably butchered that, but you get the point.

Is that the scene at the start of Meaning of Life where the woman is giving birth and they are showing off the eqiupment to the hospital director?

I like the Cheese Shop sketch, the Vocational Guidance Counsellor Sketch, the Dead Parrot Sketch, Spanish Inquisition and How Not To Be Seen. And the Flying Sheep and Silly Walk sketches.

yeah it is :)

and that one where the old lady is on a game show and wins a prize, and the host keeps offering her all these different prizes but she's like 'no, i think i'm going to stick with the knife in the clitoris!' .. oh man.
