Oh my goodness that's an adorable mistake.

I haven't asked any embarrassing questions to my teachers but I did have a friend who asked my teacher if he knew her name and he completely ignored her. We later went around the circle and he could say everybody's name except for hers then he just kept guessing. It was kind of hilarious.
