no we had 2 bludge lessons at the end for 'revision' where some people worked and most of us just chatted about random crap.
i guess there wasn't much to learn. you just read through the examples and do practise questions.

and if this is happening in a selective skool, then imagine public skools.
But sometimes some wildcard teacher just turned up to a public school to raise a group of lvl 99 4unit students out of ordinary kids.. for fun :)

Harder 3U probability is definitely the most difficult type of 4U question.

It's basically not covered by any theory and most o the time u can't really tell whether ur answer is correct.

Each time i do one, there seems to be a totally different method of answering the question.

Well, one of the 4unit papers was once 60% harder 3unit..

Learning new methods are good, because you learn something new. In other words you open the door. Even if there'a fog, it will clear. Even if there's nothing, at least, there'll be a draught.

Oh no! english has gotten into me! *slaps own head*

edit : posting the 888th post with style

I agree completely. I can't do probability... I always put down the first thing that comes to my head, and more often than not it's wrong. I like them better when they have general cases and ask you to show something (that way you know when you've got the correct answer).

What do you reckon of the test compared to the others?
Thanks. :D

I think it was pretty easy compared to some. I only missed the last part of the circle geom in q6, the last part of q8 a), and the last part of the q8 b).
