So anyway, I was on the train today and I was sitting next to this girl. After I had completed some calculus homework, I happened to overhear her talking to someone else (who subsequently got off the train) about the HSC. As a former HSC student, and a very successful one, I figured I could use it as a talking point to talk to this very attractive female HSC student - but I froze and didn't talk to her at all.

Then, intriguingly - in a great bout of irony, I saw this girl (whom mitchy_boy terms 'nice' and Mature Lamb calls 'super smash' or just 'smash') and talked to her for thirty-five minutes during my break today.

So I'm thinking... meeting attractive females for the first time is daunting and scary.

I love it when people talk from personal experience.

Omg, you're so smart xxxxxxx ;)

C'monn, we'll go and live on campus in our own little apartment at UNSW village, we'll start our own family, it's going to be amazinggggg
Right... /me nods cautiously

mediocre at best
70 is average. I got 95 with two months off HSC. That's very successful there.

Your standards of success are too high.
