Moulding foam? any ideas? (1 Viewer)

Hey

Just wondering if anyone has come across a product used for making moulds? Basically what I want to do is pore this stuff in as a liquid and around a prototype let it set and become a solid and remove the prototype so its just left with the grooves where it was so then I can fill it with melted plastic and get my product from the hardened plastic.

Anyone have any ideas of products that can do this? I know there are some out there but I don't know were to find them or what call them.

Silicon moulds are used in polyester resin making - quite a good mould and available at Barnes & Noble in Newtown.
