This one's easier, but more fun.

Wrapped and sapped
I lay, (now stand)
from the dog's (and digger's) hand.
My gesture's set,
Osiris met.
Passers by I now command.

What am I, and where am I?

I'm getting the idea it's to do with a traffic light or similar, but hmm

I feel like I've heard one like this before but can't remember it very well. It's kinda ringing bells.

EDIT: upon reading it again, it sounds like an egyptian mummy.

EDIT: yes, more sure now it's an Egyptian mummy. It's in a tomb or museum, right? and tourists come to visit?

ur a bone dug out of the dirt?
or like a crown or something (i'm thinking of command)

or what i first thought of was that ur a person in bed then u got up and took the dog for a walk.

Yup, it's in a museum.

I always imagine that the mummies of the kings, who are stood upright in museums, still think they are commanding everyone to walk by... [/geek]

SITUATION TWO:
There was this couple driving towards their honeymoon destination, their car broke down so the guy goes to his wife "lock the doors, don't let anyone in until I come back". The wife agreed... When the guy comes back he finds his wife dead in the back seat and a stranger looking at him from inside the car.

How was this possible?

Note: The wife did keep the doors locked and windows closed.... doors were locked and windows intact when the husband came back. Stranger was not already in the car

She taught the stranger was her husband and let him in. The stranger raped her. and Then the husband came back.

I dont think the baby would be a stranger to the husband if it was his daugther/son.
