Re: hmmm.

I think a slightly shorter method to ii of circle geo was vert Opp angles with opa then alternate segment theorem but with angle cpq
agreed my method was way too long. I tend to do that a lot with circle geo...

Re: hmmm.

fucking helllllll. I wrote y/x=t but subbed in x/y=t and got centre as (a,0). How many marks lost, if I showed that I subbed it in from there but then accidently subbed wrong thing in? fuck that shit man. This was a easy 100. I am gonna fucking rip my brain apart and fucking throw it in the bin. Why the fuck didn't it understand what the probability question was trying to say and why the fuck did it make stupid mistakes.
I feel for you man. but take it to general thoughts. but dw bout it now :)

Re: hmmm.

if i lose a mark for not writing the unit on this i will be flipping tables
I think you should be fine. Coming from a Physics student though I would've expected for you not to miss the units :haha:

Re: hmmm.

Hey, for the question containing sin2x -cos2x =0, therefore sin2x = cos2x. Then u change it to cos2x = cos (pi/2 - 2x) so then 2x = pi/2 - 2x. therefore, 4x = pi/2. therefore, look at the limits, 0<4x< 2pi. Therefore, 3pi/2 is also considered a solution. therefore, 4x = pi/2 and 3pi/2.
x = pi/8, x = 3pi/8. Both these satisfy the limits, so does that mean your solution is missing another value?

no because it's only max for pi/8 using other methods

Re: hmmm.

mate why do you always tell people that they're going to lose marks after an exam for not writing the same thing as you when no one yet knows the guidelines LOL

I doubt there was a whole mark allocated for the units. More likely one mark for finding the time, one for subbing into acceleration. Most likely you won't lose any marks, but you never know.
carrot said i won't so i think i got 100%
