I had 12 C but i know that i fucked that up. I never understood osmosis and diffusion in terms of water. Oh well 14/15 is still good

HEY QUESTION...is it 12 c or d..thats the one about osmosis and diffusion...because i am thinking u can't move froma low concnetration to a high concnetration therefore it cant be d it has to be c!! anyone back me up!!

no, it's the concentration of solutes so the water will go from low concentration to high concentration to make the ratio of solute:water the same on both sides of the semipermeable membrane

the answer is definitely D

it says water molecules move from area of low solute concentratoin to high solute concentratoin, meaning that water molecules are moving from area of high water concentratoin to low water concentratoin....and it has to be osmosis... not diffusion :D

ah shit!!! i put A, im such an idiot, cant believe i just threw away a mark so easily.
