My Offers - weird (1 Viewer)

Well I've already got an Offer at CQU for Engineering Technology [queensland external]
And yesterday I recieved another offer for NSW one which was UWS Engineering

And Today I received the Offers Notes

And it goes like this

1/Bach of Eng at UWS--------- 0
2/Bach of Nurse at UWS------ H
3/Bach of Nurse at UWS------ H
4/
5/
6/
...
7/ Bach of Eng [civil] at USYD--- H
8/
9/

In the spaces 4,5,6,8,9 i got "B" which meant that my Uai wasnt high enough

However on my 7th pref it was a "H"
On the back of the note: the "H" isnt very clear

So, does it mean, that "I could have got the offer but it WASN'T 1st pref?"

But the cutoff of civil at SYD was 80, but my Uai was 56?

Can someone care to explain?

H means u have not been considered for the offer since u've received an offer from a higher preference

Well thats what it says on the back, of the note, and its not that clear.
But for the Nursing courses, i would've got in.. cuz i had a RET of 63 and the cutoffs were around the 60s.
So thats no suprise to me.
But why is that civil eng at SYD a "H", when it should be a "B" or something??
