It depends on which ones you go to.
The one on essay writing may be helpful for first years like you and me, but others (like "Microbiology Lab - Investigating Your DNA & Bacteria") may not be that worthwhile.
There are some really good ones though (by the looks of it anyway).

Some good some bad. I recommend going to the "how to create your own resume" and "impressing the employers" ones if you're doing Commerce, otherwise, +1 to Hollyy.
