Dont doubt the sonics three big men. If Fortson can play the game a little softer, he might cause some serious hassle for TD. Fortson is at the stage where his reputation has made it so that everytime he goes to the air against another player the foul is called, with or without contact.... That is the downside of his reputation, but the spurs v sonics matchup will be a good one and i hope JJ can continue his good form, if so and we get some good performances from Radman and Ridnour (possibly even AD) than i think the supes can cause an upset. But of course there is the matchup between Bowen and Allen, this will count for alot, allens scoring power is often what wins us games... but at least Shard has got a hight advantage this game, with his most likely matchups being Ginobli or Barry. Shard will be double teamed, but will see what he can do. As for TD, he has an easy hight mismatch against Reggie, however he could be Double teamed by the 7'1 JJ and this could be tough. However i dont know if JJ will be able to get around TD on the offensive end... Ohwell only time will tell.

Go Supes

i think the key for the Rockets to win the decider is to start mutumbo as centre. Yao's too on and off, and if u look at mutumbo's stats, he's a much better defender than yao in about a third of the game time. Sure his offense lacks somewhat, but thats y they have T-Mac, at least give mutumbo 20-25mins (too old to last a whole match)

In memory of New Jersey :(
Why not start Mutumbo at 4 and Yao at 5? That gives you the best of both worlds and make the paint alot more difficult to score in.

Well, my pics for the awards were pretty much spot on:

McGrady just didn't step up when he needed to most. Can't remember exact figures (and cbf looking them up) but was it 7 for 23 shooting? When your the star player you have to step up when your team needs it, especially in Game 7. Yao played exceptionally well but in the end it was Josh Howard (what was he, 25th pick? what a steal) and Jason Terry (finally finding his niche) winning it for Dallas. Has to make Avery Johnson and the Mav's happy when Dallas can score 117 points and win by 40 with Nowitzki only scoring 14.

thumped...
If it wasnt Seattla id agree, but id rather use excuses, like Allen got injured. And one positive out of this experience is the 2nd half, cause we won... but its a game of 2 halves, and the first one was a thumping.....

Big win by Phoenix over Steve Nash's old team Dallas today. What a way to celebrate getting that well-deserved MVP award!

Those are lebron like figures, Wade is gonna be around the NBA for a very long time! Now, the question is how will he fair once Shaq retires.

Dallas beat Phoenix, Sonics beat Spurs, Miami 3-0 on Washington.

If Miami win it all, could we see Wade as finals MVP?

Miami sweep Wizards, Wade goes for 42 points, 7 boards and 4 assists.
Mourning had a huge block at the end (haha i love Alonzo) to cap the win.

Im surprised at the number of votes ray ray had. I think he should of got more. Im also hsocked at the amount KG got. He is a great player but he didnt have a good season, so i guess the "Great Player" aura must have helped him get alot of votes.

Ohh, and when i say KG didnt have a great season, i mean by his standards........

Milwaukee got number one draft pick! Bogut to Milwaukee! I like it. D Mase, Bogut and (if he is resigned) Michael Redd. That is an awesome side.... maybe ill have to start supporting them instead of Seattle?

.... Nah..... Seattle for Next Year!!!
