With all the notes done, i was wondering what is the most effective way to study it (especially memoring the all the definitions).

  • Read it out loud until you know it
  • Do past papers to test yourself
  • look at the syllabus dot points without looking at your notes and see what you remember on the top of your head
  • Also test yourself through the syllabus questions (shown below highlighted in yellow)

Engi is pretty fun when it comes to memorising (even tho I dropped it recently bc it clashed with my trials exam timetables too much)

I think most of what everyone else is memorising is the historical influences, just know the main developments from each era and focus more on understanding and memorising the basic concepts for things like mechanics so that you will know how to adapt that concept for whatever question they give you. The "students learn to" is pretty useless for engineering, memorise what you can and then go to past papers and try answer them using what you know. For the parts that you lack understanding to answer, note it down and memorise that.

Good luck!
got it thanks !
