and everytime when i turn on my printer it automatically prints a page with Black and yellow lines and and says on the top left paper "to get best quality, follow the steps using the sheets", which is i had to scan the paper it printed but nothing worked after that, anyone can tell me how to fix the solution???

Try performing a test page through driver settings

This is done by;
1. Start->Settings->Control panel
2. Double click on "Printers and Faxes"
3. Right click on your printer that you're having troubles with (could only be one) then select Properties and click it
4. On the very first tab towards the bottom of a window click "Print Test page"

Tell me how that goes

Could it be that you have documents already qued to be printed but the first job haven't "completely" finished?
Therefore all the print request will only build-up.
Follow the steps previously said by Casmira but just Double-Click your printer.
If there are files listed, then try manually deleting them.

HP are fine, I have 2 HP printers that work flawlessly, its just brand loyalists on the bandwagen of "hate HP"

Try to update/reinstall printer drivers, i have linked printers atm so sorry i remember how its done, it should be in device manager however (start + pause button, click hardware tab then click device manager)
