^ eurgh!! kanji?!
i can't see it properly to write it out... can you use romaji?!
and then once i can translate it, i'll give feedback...

basically for my trials, i just gotta talk when my teacher gives me a question...

my tip?
- relax
- keep the ideas simple (lie if you must)
- variate your structures

and you're pretty much set..
i lie in my answers cause liek it doesn't matter...

teacher: what do you wanna become in the future?
me: i plan to study to become a university teacher. because i have a good japanese teacher i have been inspired to teach japanese.

LOL

100% telling you that an HSC examiner wouldn't like that.

Sorry, but they know people like, and that's fine because the aim of the game is to get vocab and grammar in there. But being all silly is just a waste of time. You can still have fun and get good marks...

definitely original :p but it doesn't really make sense in context.
Rough translation: I have no interest in ordinary human beings. If there is an alien, time-traveller or esp among you please come to me. That is all.

Yeah... I reckon you should go for a slightly different angle

all in hiragana just for ease of reading:

Q: しょうらい なにに なりたいですか?
A: わたしは *いがくのせんせいになるつもりです。がっこうでとてもいいせんせいにならったのでわたしもせんせいになることにしました。

Boom. (and a few senior structures thrown in for xtra points)

btw, as for the self-intro in genral, i'd just go with convention but just with a slight dash of creativity that'll make you stand out. The anime stuff will probably just backfire on you so I wouldn't advise it...
