Mmmmmmmmmmmm... working on an assessment about qantas engineer disputes 2007-08 in relation to employment relations. i ve to determine the perspectives ( unitary, pluralist and radical) for the main stakeholders!!! any ideas???

*what i meant to ask was : is there any specific perspective that any stakeholders r more likely to have than any other ones?????

Well, I'm not sure about Quantas (cause that's not my case study) but in Australia stakeholders generally there is more of a pluralist approach to conflict.
